FREE shipping for all Backstage Clothing orders over $75!
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. All Nevada state orders will be charged 8.1% sales tax.
At this time, Backstage Clothing ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Backstage Clothing Company ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Refund/Return Policy:
- Backstage Clothing wants happy customers! If you are unhappy with your purchase please return your item to Backstage Clothing, 1810 E. Sahara Ave. #1507, Las Vegas, NV 89104.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment of merchandise and returned in original condition and packaging with a copy of the invoice for the item being returned.
- Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
- Due to the unique nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.
